We at Renaissance Adventures take fun very seriously, but not at the expense of safety. Since the pandemic hit we have stayed up to date on latest decisions of our local and national health departments, and followed all recommended protocols for safe programming. Our protocols have met or exceed these recommendations throughout the pandemic.
"We are grateful for your excellent COVID-19 precautions. We have tried other camps, and they do not measure up to Renaissance Adventures' safety standards by a long shot. It is because of your focus on safety that we keep coming back this summer. (And the kids really love the camp.) We've cancelled our other camps and will be doing Renaissance Adventures exclusively for the rest of the summer. I thought you'd like to know that your COVID-19 safety protocols won our business. Feel free to share this as widely as you like. And thanks to everyone at Renaissance Adventures for giving our kids a safe place to have fun this summer!"
Additionally, we saw the predicament families were in, suddenly stuck at home in need of supportive programming for their children. For the first time since the start of our company in 1995 we began to offer virtual programming via the live online Zoom platform. This has given families who have needed to stay at home with their families a social outlet for their children, allowing parents to focus on working from home. Parents have thanked us and reported their appreciation.
“These camps have been a lifesaver for our family. Our son, age 11, has been loving Dungeon Delvers online and this has been his summer camp activity during the pandemic. It’s been great to hear him enthusiastically campaigning, laughing and cheering from his room. The camp leaders are respectful and friendly and the camp staff have been great about making sure he is in a group that works for his age and experience level, even if that has meant some rearranging of groups. It is a well-organized, quality program. We are very grateful for our experience this summer.”

As a small business, we also went through a crisis when the pandemic hit, and know that it is not over yet. We count our blessings as every month goes by and we continue to have the privilage to provide programming to children from our local community in addition to new national and even international communities. We look forward to the opportunity this situation has provided for us to grow as a company, and develop new ways to bring imaginative play and experiential education to children and teens at home and online. We are now offering Home Study Mentoring, Home Quests, and Online & In-person Afterschool & Homeschool Programs, Day-Off School & Holiday Camps, Game Nights, Free Intro to Online Classes, as well as Online & On-person Birthday Parties.
